Toro has been providing annual maintenance service for our HVAC system for years. Fortunately this has mainly been checking the safety features of our system every year, and one time repairing some leaking condensation on the air conditioning unit which was installed by a different company. They are dependable and quite reasonable for the services provided. We began having a mysterious (to us!) issue where the vent pipe for our hot water heater started emitting steam into the mechanical room, setting off the smoke detector. For the life of me I couldn’t figure out the reason this was happening. My wife and I called Toro, and Victor immediately knew what was going on and offered a solution to the problem which we could address ourselves. At no cost for his time. He said there was another option we could pursue down the road which would require some work on site. It’s rare to find a company that cares for you and your family like this, responds instantly, with an affordable solution that lets us sleep safely without worry. Toro has earned our business for life.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Toro, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Victor is a saint. I recently needed a new compressor through a manufacturer's warranty, which delayed the process due to no fault at all of Victor or Toro. Victor was very sympathetic and understood that my family needed our A/C fixed as soon as possible in the heat of the summer, so he stayed right on top of the manufacturer without me having to ask to get the compressor, and right when it arrived, drove over an hour to get it and then come back and install it same day. He always answers his phone and responds to texts right away, and calls right back if he misses you. I have also used Victor/Toro over the years for other A/C fix needs, and his customer service level and work quality has always remained top of class. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. I can’t say enough good things about Toro! They’ve helped me through all my heating and cooling problems over the last few years including replacing the entire HVAC unit! Victor was kind, courteous, and the absolutely definition of going above and beyond. He even walked me through a fix at home after business hours to make sure I had AC! I will absolutely be using them for all future issues and repairs (and asking for Victor)- I can’t think of anyone better!

Victor and his crew were great. They installed a new furnace and AC unit for our condo in about 5 hours working efficiently and professionally. The whole process from diagnosis of the problem to coming up with a replacement plan was frictionless. Victor's great to work with. Highly recommend!
